Order process

Below, you can see an overview on how to order one or more products.

Step 1

Find the product

  • Find the product from our product range, we can of course assist you

Step 2

Contact us

  • Found the product you were looking for? Then you can request a quote via the green “Request a quote” button on the relevant product page. Or contact us via the contact form, info@matcon.com, or telephone: +31 (0)299 684468

  • If you have any questions, you can also contact us using the information above

Step 3

State the product clearly

  • State clearly which product(s) it is, for example “MB 28 Mobile Emergency and Eye Shower (Stainless Steel)”, possibly mention the URL of the product

  • Also state the desired amount of products and any additional wishes

Step 4

Answer within 1 working day

  • You usually receive an answer within 1 working day and – if you have asked for it – an offer is sent back, provided we have sufficient information

  • We send the General Terms and Conditions simultaneously with the offer

Step 5

Order is created

  • If both documents are approved, we will prepare the order for you. You will then receive an order confirmation. We prefer to receive agreements from you as a written document (via info@matcon.com)

Step 6

Delivery of product(s) after payment

  • After payment we deliver the ordered products to you on the agreed date
